1Acceptance of Terms

By using the Service, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2Description of Service

BreeStudio is a web-based project management platform designed for interior designers and studios. The Service allows users to manage projects, clients, and team members, and includes features for collaboration, analytics, and reporting.

3Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. If you are under 16, you may not use the Service.

4Registration and Account Security

Account Registration: To access certain features, you must register for an account and provide accurate, complete information.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5User-Generated Content

Ownership: You retain ownership of any content you upload, post, or otherwise make available through the Service ("User Content").

License: By providing User Content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publicly display, distribute, and otherwise exploit such content for business operations, product improvement, marketing, analytics, and AI model training.

Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your User Content and warrant that you have all necessary rights to provide it.

6Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any law or regulation.
• Infringe any intellectual property, contractual, or privacy rights.
• Upload, post, or transmit any harmful, offensive, or illegal content.
• Use the Service for any fraudulent, harmful, or unauthorized purpose.
• Scrape or extract data or code for competitive or commercial purposes.

7Data Use and Analytics

We may collect, aggregate, and analyze data generated through your use of the Service, including project information and user interactions, to improve the Service and develop new features. Personal data will be anonymized or de-identified in compliance with the GDPR and industry best practices prior to any analytical or commercial use.

You acknowledge and consent that anonymized data may be used for AI training, benchmarking, feature development, or shared with partners for research.

8Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data in accordance with the GDPR.

9Subscription and Payment

Fees: Access to certain features of the Service requires payment. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law.

Payment: You authorize us to charge your provided payment method for all applicable fees.

Changes: We reserve the right to modify fees with 30 days' notice to you via the Service or email.

Suspension: We may suspend access for non-payment or chargeback activity.

10Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may terminate your account by contacting us. Upon termination, all licenses granted herein will cease, and your data will be handled per our Privacy Policy.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages. Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

13Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including its software, content, branding, and technology, are owned by or licensed to us. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, reproduce, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

14Links to Third-Party Sites

The Service may include links to third-party websites or services. We do not control or endorse those sites and disclaim liability for their content, practices, or policies.

15Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant updates will be communicated via email or Service notification. Your continued use of the Service following such updates constitutes acceptance.

16Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Romania. If you are a consumer residing in the EU, you may also be entitled to access alternative dispute resolution under EU Regulation No. 524/2013.

17Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement: These Terms, along with the EULA and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.

Severability: If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in effect.

Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
